What is a BidetSpa?
The BidetSpa is an electronic toilet seat bidet that’s fastened to your existing toilet bowl. The BidetSpa has many functions including Posterior Wash, Feminine Wash and a Warm Air Dryer.
Do I have to replace my toilet?
No. The BidetSpa only replaces the toilet seat on your existing toilet bowl. The BidetSpa will fit on all two piece toilets and most one piece toilets and is available for either the elongated or round styled toilet bowls.
How does the BidetSpa wash me?
When you push the desired wash button, a nozzle automatically extends itself and sprays a gentle stream of warm water towards your private areas for approximately 2 minutes or until you hit the Stop button.
Does the BidetSpa nozzle touch me?
No. Gentle and warm water is all that will touch and cleanse your private areas.
How does the BidetSpa air dryer works?
Similar to a blow dryer, once you finish cleansing yourself with water from the BidetSpa, the adjustable temperature of the air dryer will last for about 3 minutes or until you push the stop button.
Does the BidetSpa really works?

Will the BidetSpa fit on any Toilet Blow?
Mostly yes. The BidetSpa was designed to fit all two-piece toilets and most one-piece. Note our BidetSpa will not fit Kohler’s one-piece, low-tank profile, San Raphael or Rialto toilets. How long does it take to install BidetSpa?
The simple, do it your self installation, will take about 30 minutes for most people.
Do I need a plumber to install BidetSpa?
Not usually. With the detailed instruction manual and all necessary hardware included, virtually anyone can install the BidetSpa with ease. We even included a multi-purpose tool and Teflon Tape, just so you don’t have to go to the tool box.
Do I need an electrician to install BidetSpa?
Maybe. Firstly, the BidetSpa must plug into a GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) electrical socket. If the BidetSpa’s 4 foot power cord will not reach this electrical socket in your bathroom, we recommend that you hire a licensed electrician to install this electrical socket within reach of the BidetSpa’s power cord. What if I have hard water or well water, is that a problem for BidetSpa?
No. We only ask that you check and clean the water filter at least once a week for optimum results. s you probably already know, home water softeners can help reduce calcium and lime build-up within all water appliances. It is recommended that you check with your water department or have your well checked regularly and carefully maintain your BidetSpa as you would any other water appliance in your home.
Is it true that I will not have to purchase any more toilet paper if I use the BidetSpa?
Yes. Believe it or not, the BidetSpa is fully intended to be a totally hands-free, personal hygiene bathroom appliance, complete and without the need for toilet paper. How effective is the Enema wash?
The BidetSpa’s exclusive and patented Enema Wash function is simply intended to assist and aid in one’s regular personal hygiene routines. Not to be confused as a replacement for a doctor’s prescribed enema, but simply a more thorough cleansing aid for the lower colon during those uncomfortable times of constipation.
How the BidetSpa deodorizer works?
The deodorizers absorbing fan is automatically activated once you sit down on the BidetSpa seat. Odors are then drawn through a special carbon filter with the fan stopping approximately 1 minute after you get up.
When do I have to replace deodorizer filter?
The filter is made of long lasting, environmentally safe, silver impregnated carbon and will last up to 7 years!
How do I clean the BidetSpa?
Cleaning the BidetSpa is easy, however for safety reasons, please unplug the unit first. We then recommend that you water dampen a cloth with a gentle, non-abrasive, anti-bacterial dishwashing soap, to clean all the plastic surfaces.
