The Levant Stair Lift features a sleek, unified design and is one of the the most advanced straight run stair lifts available today. It is built by ThyssenKrupp Access, a leader in the stair lift industry.
The Levant stair lift features many cutting-edge technologies including a smooth and quiet chassis, easy-to-use integrated control designed for easy use for those with limited hand mobility.
The straight stair lift features a folding armrest, seat and footrests. A remote controlled call/sends come standard with the Levant.
The Levant is also one of the slimmest stair lifts ever offered by TK Access and fits comfortably against your wall.
The Levant operates with a battery-powered motor that charges at key points along the stair lift's aluminum track. The battery is designed to allow extended use even in cases with extended power outages.

Padding
We’ve created a firm but soft seat by using a
thick, plush padding. The pad’s neutral color
fits any household and is fire retardant, liquid
repellent and exceptionally easy to clean.
Seat Belt
A simple “one-click” seat belt system provides even more safety and security
and can be extended on both ends for
further comfort.
Control Unit
The Levant’s control unit is easy to operate and is the same one used in more than
15,000 stair lifts world-wide. It’s been proven
reliable and is one of the Levant’s many
user-friendly features.
Swivel Handle
 This enables the chair to swivel to the safest
position at the top of the stairs, which is
particularly useful in tight spaces.
With our
swivel, you’ll always move away from the
stairs, increasing your personal safety.
The
handle is easy to operate and can be used on
either side of the chair, whichever you like.
Footrest
The size of the footrest enables the user to
place his feet comfortably next to each other.
Along with the comfortable width, the color
was also taken into consideration. The darker
color on top of the footrest ensures a clean
look for the chair lift and stains or smudges
from shoes won’t show easily on this darker gray color.
The footrest has several safety edges on
both sides. When the footrest drives into an
obstacle, the stair lift comes to an immediate
stop, whether moving up or down.
Drive
 The design of the drive shroud fits the chair and chair leg perfectly for a
cohesive look. You can see this embossed design repeated on the drive,
chair leg and even the Call/Sends which enhances Levant’s sleek, unified
appearance.
If you’re on vacation or you know you won’t be using your lift for any length
of time, there’s an on/off switch on your drive that will keep your chair battery
from running down and extends your battery’s life.
The Levant’s battery has a long usage cycle and will provide you with mobility
even during long power outages. For instance, our standard Levant lift will
carry you 25 additional times even if nothing else in your house works!
And, as another safety precaution, special safety edges on the side of the
drive are activated immediately when there is a trapping hazard, so neither
you nor your stair lift will suffer any harm.
Rail
 The aluminum rail has a slim design with the rack securely
covered which gives it a modern look. In addition, the
aluminum rail is anodized which keeps the surface clean.
The rail supports are powder coated in a color which fits
neatly with the aluminum.
The rail has a possible range between 1' and almost 32'
of length (9.75 m) and the angle can differ from 28 to 45
degrees. We can fit the Levant to almost any straight run
stairway.
Long charging contacts keeps the lift batteries fresh and
ensures your chair will always stop at a charging point.
A pleasant tone alerts you that your lift has arrived safely
at its proper location.
Call/Send
 Two call/send stations come standard with
every unit. These are especially handy in a
home in which more than one person uses
the lift.
The call/sends have a slim design, with
easy-to-use push buttons.
The infra-red
control has a wide range so the user does
not have to point exactly at the drive. Just
pointing toward the stair lift is more than
enough.
Finally, the Levant’s “hold to run” buttons
ensure your safety during use. As soon as
you release the button, the lift will stop.
Safety Features
The Levant has many safety features. The Levant carries both the CE and ETL
safety certification so you can use it with
total confidence. The stair lift is designed for safety, comfort and convenience. Sensors are built into the stair lift to automatically detect something blocking its path and gently stops to prevent damage to the lift or the object. Once the object is removed the stair lift will continue along its track.
