All Summit Lift products are customized to your specifications.Therefore, all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your product our manufacturer will work with you to resolve any issues.
Sterling Stairlifts
All Sterling Stairlifts are customized to your specifications. Therefore, all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your product our manufacturer will work with you to resolve any issues.
Harmar Mobility Products
You may return new Harmar items within 15 days for a refund, less shipping costs. FFor items that had free shipping at the time of order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Contact Homecare Suppliers, LLC at 888-252-2205 to receive your Return Authorization code.
Bath Lifts
All bath lifts are non-returnable. This is due to hygiene purposes. However, if there is a problem with your product our manufacturer will work with you to resolve any issues.
Standers - Independent-Living Products
Simply return it within 15 days of date of purchase, and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (ess a 40% restocking fee and less shipping costs). In addition, we provide a one-year parts warranty. We'll replace or repair product if failure is due to workmanship or material defects (excluding Shipping and Processing fees).
All returns must be approved and have a return authorization number. Packages without an assigned return authorization number may be refused. To return an item, please contact our customer service department at 888-252-2205.
